One can register to ACCTC through online or offline registration. Online, you can message the official page of Adamjee Cantonment College Taekwondo Club or you can get registered by clicking the "Register" button. There you will get the required instructions to join the club. Offline, you can ask any club representative or badge holder of ACCTC and they can help you join.

Yes. Taekwondo is played all around the globe. It is also included in the Olympics and there are several international Taekwondo competitions all around the globe. The sport is practised in 188 countries and there were over seven million individuals with black belts in the world. Currently about 50 million people all over the world are directly or indirectly involved in Taekwondo.
Generally there aren't many chances of getting injured or hurt. Taekwondo usually has two types of demonstration - Poomsae and Fight. In poomsae there are none to the most minor injuries. If the stretching prior to poomsae is not done properly only then there are chances of a minor injury.
In taekwondo fights, there are usually no major injuries. Since the whole fight is based on lightly touched but well placed kick and blocking with arms there aren't many opportunities for injuries.
